One at a time grooming, cage free, no upcharges.  You are welcome to stay and watch the groom or check in on the live feed.

Priced by weight and coat type

Three coats, three kinds of work. Find your dog below. Prices may vary with coat condition and matting.

Hair

Poodles, Doodles, Bichon Frise, Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso, Maltese and the like. Need regular clipping & trimming.

Schnauzer, Terrier, Wirehaired and the like. Need hand-stripping or clipping for coat texture.

Hand-Stripping

+$50 per 30 min session 

To keep the harsh texture and true color of a wire coat, Recommend a stripping only appointment every 3 weeks along with a 6-8 week schedule. 

Fur — Single or Double-Coated

Labrador, Golden Retriever, Shepherd, Husky, Corgi, Border Collie and the like. Need de-shedding & thorough brushing.

What to expect

  1. 01Text me a picture of the trim you want, along with your dog's age, temperament, and weight.
  2. 02Book your time on the calendar above, then drop off at Tail Waggins Dog Bakery.
  3. 03Stay, or don't. You're welcome to stay and watch, run your errands, or follow along live on YouTube. I'll text you when your dog is ready.
  4. 04Rebook before you leave. Dogs on an 8-week full groom with a Tidy / FFH / BB at the 4-week mark is the most economical way to keep them fabulous — and it earns free walk-in Bang / Bracelet / Nail trims.
Policies

Good to know

MattingSeverely matted coats are shaved rather than brushed out. Comfort comes before style.
CancellationsCancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, when it isn't an emergency, adds $50 to your next appointment.
PaymentPayPal, Venmo, Zelle. Credit card adds 5%.
Reactive / Elderly / High Anxiety DogsI am always willing to try. For dogs that might need a little extra calm, I recommend Nutri Calm. I keep it in stock and can add it to the groom, or you can buy your own and pre-administer at home. If at any time I have to stop the groom, I will give you a call. I will not endanger a dog, or groom a dog that is willing to hurt themselves.
Dogs onlyI do not groom cats.

Tail Waggins has been awesome. I have gone there for cakes and treats for my dogs birthday and he loved them. Recently went for the dog wash station and hands down the best one I've seen/used. Easily walk your dog directly into the tub and you have access on three sides to bath them. All the supplies and a dryer made the experience so quick and easy. To top it off I AM always met with a friendly smile!
